  • Who is the Sterling on the Lake HOA and how much are the dues?

    Community Management Assoicates is the HOA management company for Sterling on the Lake. The 2020 Sterling on the Lake Homeowners Association fees are $1,200, due the first of January, March, and May.     Sterling on the Lake is about 56 miles from the greater Atlanta area, easily accessible from I-985 or I-85, which are both within a few minutes of our community. Check out the Peach Pass for easier access to the express lanes. Sterling on the Lake is also about 8 miles from Buford, GA, 14 miles from Gainesville, GA, and about 45 miles from Athens, GA.
