1 Register Online
Go to the Platinum Club and enter your unique code located on the back of your brochure in order to register and start earning points.

2 Earn Points
Start earning points as soon as you register. Accumulate even more points for each home sold at Sterling on the Lake or Windermere. Earn points for previewing communities, registering clients at the information center, attending luncheons and events. For more details, please see our Terms and Conditions.

3 Choose Rewards
This is the fun part. There’s no waiting to get rewards. You can spend your points immediately to buy smaller items, or save them up to purchase larger, more exciting prizes. They’re your points, so it’s all up to you!
